This Privacy Policy explains how MyTKitchen (Snackify), a product of MyTAssist ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information in connection with the MyTKitchen platform and website.

1. Who we are

MyTKitchen provides restaurant and cloud-kitchen management software. For privacy questions, contact sales@mytassist.com.

2. Information we collect

Account & contact information — name, email, phone, business and branch details.
Operational data you enter — menu, orders, customers, recipes, inventory, riders, waste, and analytics.
Billing information — handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record); we receive subscription status and invoice metadata, not full card details.
Usage & device data — sign-in activity and general analytics used to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use your data

To provide, operate, secure and improve the Service.
To process subscriptions and communicate about your account.
To send one-time sign-in codes and important service notices by email.
To meet legal, tax, accounting and security obligations.

4. Sharing & processors

We do not sell personal data. We share information with trusted providers who help us deliver the Service, including Paddle (payments/billing), cloud infrastructure providers, and email delivery — each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Data retention & export

Active-account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After a subscription ends, data is retained for a limited grace period and then permanently deleted; during that period the Tenant Admin (account owner) may request a password-protected export of the data (see the Terms of Service). Financial records may be retained longer to meet legal and tax obligations. Following deletion, only a limited summary may remain for compliance.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures — including email-based sign-in, role-based access control, tenant isolation, signed access to uploaded files, encrypted data exports, and encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact sales@mytassist.com. Where we process data on behalf of a business customer, please contact that customer (the data controller).

8. Cookies

Our website and app use essential cookies/local storage for sign-in and, where enabled, analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
