Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated:

MyTKitchen subscriptions are sold and billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. A free trial may be offered so you can evaluate the platform; there is no free-tier subscription. As the Service is digital and provisioned immediately, all subscription sales are final. Where a refund applies, it is issued through Paddle in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law.

1. General policy

MyTKitchen is a SaaS platform delivered digitally. We encourage every prospective customer to request a product demo, and a free trial may be available, so you can evaluate the platform before subscribing. Because access is provisioned immediately upon payment, subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out below.

3. Non-refundable situations

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the Subscription Dashboard in the app. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, no further charges are made after cancellation, and you retain access until the period expires. Cancellation does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period. During the retention period after expiry, the Tenant Admin (account owner) can request a password-protected export of your data (see the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy).

5. Plan downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period; there is no pro-rated refund for the remainder of the higher-tier period, and higher-tier features remain available until the current period ends.

6. How to request

Contact us at sales@mytassist.com with your account email, business name, and the invoice/transaction ID, describing the reason. As Paddle is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
